Dear Ah Gong,
When I was a little girl, I did not know the meaning of my name. My parents just told me that you counted the number of strokes of the Chinese characters, and it was good for me. When I grew older, I started to discover the deeper insights of my Chinese name, and I have many positive interpretation of it. I came to realise your intricate thought process and your vision… No one knows what my future will be like…but I really appreciate this precious meaningful gift from you.
My chinese name is 喜心.
喜欢的‘喜’，开心的‘心’。 means like to be HAPPY!
When I found my motivation and passion in life and after I became a Photographer for joyous occasions, I realised the deeper meanings of my name and everything just falls nicely into place. Occasions like weddings, maternity, newborn child, birthdays, etc are all ‘喜事’ 。
You get to see the word ‘喜’in some of the occasions.
‘心’has so many meanings. It means the ‘heart’.
I love to take pictures that are meaningful and close to your hearts,
I love to capture moments that touch people’s hearts,
giving you happiness when you play the awesome memories throughout your lives,
and share them with future generations under your family tree.
One of my mentors, Huy, said ‘Use your head to think and focus, use your heart to capture the moment!’
Passion, Love, human relationships, all comes from the heart. It is like the pulse of everything…
Let my heartbeats capture your happiness.
Thank you Ah Gong!
Love from your granddaughter 🙂
